MOVEMENT HAS THE POWER TO TRANSFORM LIVES

Movement gives us strength and builds our confidence.
Through movement we are challenged to go further, push harder. It breaks down barriers both set for ourselves, and by others. When we’re moving, anything feels possible.

Movement is a human right

Everyone should have the right to move. To experience the transformative power of movement.

Barriers to movement

However not everyone is free to move however they want. Narrow limits set by others around what a mover should look like impacts people's confidence to move.

Research conducted by Rexona shows that half of people worry about not being good enough, while 2 in 5 people worry about not being good enough. In addition, one third have been made to feel by others that an activity wasn't for them.

Rexona is fighting to change that with its Breaking Limits Programme.

REXONA BREAKING LIMITS PROGRAMME

We are on a mission to empower millions of young people with the confidence and opportunity to move more. We partner with the most credible NGOs to provide young people with access to inclusive movement-based programmes, coaching and the mentorship they need to transform their lives through the power of movement.

In partnership with leading sport for development NGOs around the world, the Rexona Breaking Limits Programme is an initiative targeted at disadvantaged youth. It equips young people with the confidence and opportunity to move however they want by breaking down the barriers holding them back.

Through the Breaking Limits Training Series, we are training coaches and mentors around the globe, equipping them with the tools and skills they need to inspire everyone with the confidence to move more. To register for the Breaking Limits Training Series, click here
